Who are they? See Numbers 27:1-11. Their father died and he had no sons. Therefore Zelophehad's inheritence was divided among his relatives (he had five daughters but it wasn't customary for daughters to receive any inheritance at that time). However they were bold in asking Moses for their father's inheritance and God allow them to receive it.
What I learn from this is that, the daughters were bold in asking for their inheritance even though they weren't entitled any and God was willing to listen to them and answered their request.
